Darya Memon

Darya Memon has previously worked as a research associate at Ghent University (UGent), Belgium. He has been in teaching and research since 2017. He started his teaching career at Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET), Pakistan after his master of science degree from the University of Nottingham, UK. His postgraduate diploma and terminal degree were from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Pakistan. Later, he was awarded a fully-funded scholarship to Ghent University, Belgium to pursue his PhD in Structural Engineering. The PhD research project was a collaboration between UGent and the Royal Military Academy, Brussels (RMA. He had the honor to design, install, procure and commission a drop-weight tower and suitable equipment for impact tests.  He has also experience in teaching computer modelling
